I specialize in working with adolescents (ages 12+) and adults, providing a dedicated space for those navigating ADHD, anxiety, and depression. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, my work is grounded in empirical research and clinical excellence. In my practice, I utilize evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Accessible Virtual Care I provide secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for residents across Texas and Colorado. To ensure that high-quality mental health support is accessible, I accept most major insurance policies as well as self-pay patients.
